Step 3: Marketing Agent (Progression Path)

Responsibilities:

Compensation: Base Salary + Higher Commission: In addition to a competitive base salary, you’ll earn increased commissions based on higher sales targets and client retention.

Progression: After demonstrating continued success as a Marketing Agent, you'll be eligible to transition into a leadership or partnership role, taking on more responsibility within the company and helping to shape its future growth.

Responsibilities:

Compensation: Profit sharinga percentage of profits: As a partner, you will earn a share of the company’s profits, directly correlating with the success and growth of the business.
